• Return Window: We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings and custom/personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at cathouse.jewelry@gmail.com . Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
